Our Story how we began
It all began with Thunder's birthday.
From the day we adopted him through two birthdays, the photos piled up — but nothing recorded the time itself. On his third birthday, April 27, 2026, The New Pet Times made the very first story page for Thunder. One dog. One birthday. One story page.
What if every animal had a record worthy of its place in a family? What if one family's love for one animal could help other animals live better lives?
What began as recording one dog's birthday grew into a mission — to make the world a kinder place for every animal.

A deposit ($69) is the low-commitment way to lock in the founding price while you think it over — and it's 100% refundable. The Founders Edition ($690) is for those ready to commit now. What's the difference between Founders and Standard? +
Founders Edition is the founding price ($690), available only until launch, with founding perks — an engraved cover, priority production, and beta access. Standard ($990) is the regular price you can request anytime after launch, without the founding perks. Both include the 3-volume matching hardcover set and the story-page service.
Can I cancel or get a refund after reserving or buying? +
Yes. Your deposit is 100% refundable any time before production begins — and that still holds after you've paid in full. Because each book is made to order, cancellation can be limited once production starts, so we'll always tell you before it does. Full details are in Article 7 of our Terms.
Can I review the book before it's printed? +
Yes. Before we print, you can review the finished story pages and the flow of the book in a final proof. We go over the names, dates, the moments that matter, and the tone together — then we make the hardcover.
Are my photos and memories made public? +
No. Your photos and memories are private by default. We only publish, share, or use them as examples with your explicit consent.
How is 3% of my purchase used? +
We put 3% of every hardcover purchase toward animals who've lost their homes — set aside as a fund, given to trusted organizations, and recorded with the names of everyone who took part, so the whole process stays open. Partner organizations and the reporting format will be shared in time for launch.
